Return Policy

Items may be returned any time if you are dissatisfied with the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Under no circumstances will any returns be allowed on custom built and special order items.

No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining authorization from the respective shipped item source distributor or manufacturer.

Your request to return the goods must be received within 72 hours of your receiving them and must be shipped back at buyers expense within 72 hours of receiving written approval from the respective shipped item source distributor or manufacturer.

All merchandise accepted for return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

We issue the purchaser a credit note when we have received the goods back in good condition and without modification.

The credit note entitles the purchaser to obtain other goods from us in exchange.

Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund money.

The cost of shipping & handling charges on returns must be borne by the buyer.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any orders we agree to restock will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee on the original cost price.

Please ship all returns to the respective shipped item source distributor or manufacturer's office only when authorization is given to be restocked by said respective shipped item source distributor or manufacture.

It is the responsibility of the BUYER, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state or federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item from this on-line store.

If in any doubt consult your attorney regarding local, state or federal laws before ordering.

BY PLACING an ORDER, the BUYER REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.

By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale International orders will be charged shipping and handling when shipped at the actual cost.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  We, generally, ship by weight via UPS based on the following, approximate guidelines.  In most instances, the relative costs are provided directly from the shipping agent based on the established weights provided by the manufacturer.

We may use FedEx or USPS for shipping items depending on practicality and destination.

Shipping and Handling charges are shown on each item prior to confirming your order upon check out.

We ship worldwide to individuals or organizations most items providing there is no US embargo in force or export restriction.

Some items may require State Department export licenses which we shall apply for where necessary.

Shipping of all items is arranged directly through a major distributor.

Exporting Level III and IV armor plates requires a U.S. State Department export permit.

Some countries may require a Department of Commerce export license Body Armor.

It is the SOLE responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all transactions conform to US and local Federal, State and Local Statutes, Codes, and Ordinances.

Residents of Connecticut are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or military).

We cannot ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.

If any import permits are required in the country of destination, they must be obtained by the buyer.

There are no minimum quantity requirements and we shall quote on every bulk order if requested.

All S&H charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All credit card orders are processed manually so the price will be adjusted accordingly prior to shipping.

APO shipping will be by USPS
All other destinations will be billed to your credit card.
